Positive EC Decision - Veklury - Type II - Paediatric extension of indication

A type II variation was submitted in order to extend the indication for the treatment of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in paediatric patients (at least 4 weeks of age and weighing at least 3 kg) with pneumonia requiring supplemental oxygen, and in paediatric patients (weighing at least 40 kg) who do not require supplemental oxygen and who are at increased risk of progressing to severe COVID-19.

Positive EC Decision has been granted on 16 September 2022.
